Kingston Cliffs, presently under development in Clifton Royal, 5 kilometers west from the Gondola Pt. Ferry on Route 845 is a Riverfront community on the North shore of the Kennebecasis River. Access to the Arterial Highway is immediate once leaving the ferry at Kingston. You will arrive in the Rothesay area in minutes and 20 minutes will find you in the City of Saint John!
This development will feature homesites from 1 to 3.5 acres offering an exquisite collection of wooded, waterview and waterfront homesites. All sites will have deeded access to the River and a 300’ (90m) common waterfront site featuring a sandy beach.
The property rises from the River to an elevation of 350’ (110m) featuring numerous vertical rock faces on the upslope. A multitude of homesites will feature a southerly exposure to allow the home designs to maximize the use of Solar Energy.
Topography allows unrestricted river views to Hampton and to Saint John. Commanding views of Mathers Island, Long Island and beyond to the Kennebecasis Valley completes this panoramic landscape. A quiet country setting and streets named in a nautical theme support life on the river.
Imagine your home and cottage 'as one', taking full advantage of 4 seasons of activities provided by the forest trails and the Kennebecasis River. Enjoy the added bonus of being nestled amongst the cliffs with spectacular views in every direction.
